History Based in Amsterdam, New York and founded in 1994 by Larry Jordan and Jerry Meehan, PCT (then known as Advanced Generator Technologies, Inc.) focused on one customer - General Electric's power systems division and quickly positioned itself as a best-in-class supplier of large (i.e., 10MW - 1300MW), composite power generator components. Today, with operations in the US and China, PCT supplies a diverse line of custom composites and power-generation components to many of the world's largest original equipment manufacturers.
